Caribbean citizenship by investment moves from transaction to connection

The five Eastern Caribbean programmes have raised their prices, agreed common rules and set up a regional regulator whose founding treaty asks for time spent in the country. The Government of Antigua and Barbuda says the European Commission has asked for the programmes to be wound down by 1 June 2028.
